Title: Special Needs Facilitator (part-time)

In the role of Special Needs Facilitator you will be responsible for the planning and facilitation of a range of interactive group activities. You will support and guide independent travel and work placements, while acting as a key worker to drive individual goals for assigned TNC students. Liaising with parents, staff and the wider community is a key part of this role.

To be successful in this role as Special Needs Facilitator, you will have the knowledge, expertise and proven experience in working with learners with Intellectual Disabilities and/or delivering support. You will demonstrate awareness of student’s social, emotional and learning needs and be able to work effectively as part of a professional team. Fluency in English is required.

Title: Program Assistant (full-time)

In the role of Program Assistant you will be responsible for supporting students to participate in sessions to reach their desired goals, fostering a person-centred approach. You will help to prepare sessions and support students in weekly activities while also accompanying students at Work Placements. In addition you will work in our Residential Facility located in Chai Wan, which gives our students the opportunity to live independently through TNC life skills programme.

To be successful as a Program Assistant, you will have proven experience in assisting learners with Intellectual Disabilities and/or delivering support and the ability to assist students in various environments using a number of different mediums to meet their wishes and aspirations. Fluency in English is required.
